About the studio
An independent iOS studio from India. 25 apps on the App Store, shipping since 2019.
The name
Divyastra is two Sanskrit words. Divya — divine. Astra — an instrument released with intent, never a blunt object.
In the old stories an astra was called upon for one purpose and did that one thing perfectly. We named the studio after it because that is how we want software to behave: one job per app, done properly, and nothing in the way.

What we make
Focused utilities, privacy and productivity apps for iPhone and iPad. Today that is 25 apps across 8 App Store categories — productivity (7), utilities (7), photo & video (5) and more.
Each one does a single thing: hide photos, back up a chat, scan an equation, keep a second account. We’d rather ship a small app that is finished than a large one that isn’t.
Our oldest app, Faster Repost Story & Reels, launched in 2019 and is still updated.
How we work
Notice
Every app begins with something that annoys us on our own phones.
Design
We sketch the one screen that matters first, then remove what it doesn’t need.
Build
Swift and SwiftUI, native frameworks only, no cross-platform layers.
Ship
Small, finished releases on the App Store rather than big promises.
Listen
Reviews and support mail set the next version’s priorities.
